This sale is put on by elected students of the UVASOM Mulholland Society for students and family members. Because the organizers chose to be medical students as opposed to professional merchandise retailers, the depictions of the products are the best that they could do with their medical student knowledge. The logos and font styles are as expected on the final jackets. The logo sizing, exact logo placement, and personalization text sizing are reasonable depictions, though may not be perfectly accurate compared to the final products. Please find your nearest upperclassman with a jacket to take a look for what you can expect in decoration sizing.
Return Policy

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges because we custom order exact counts of each item based on orders placed. We are also unable to refund shipping costs.
Terms of Service

Once items are shipped, you will receive a tracking number. We are unable to guarantee delivery after you receive that number. Items may be replaced with items of similar color and/or quality based on our vendor inventory. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at uvasomfundraising@virginia.edu.

(1) The logo sizing and placement may be adjusted by the final decorator of the jackets.
(2) Font color may be switched between Navy or White to comply with UVA Licensing Regulations; however, current products do show the text color used in historical orders. New garment colors have been added and text color depicted is the best of our understanding within UVA Licensing Regulations.
(3) This is a presale, garments are highly personalized, and we order exact counts. As such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any of the above listed reasons, improper sizing, or misspelling on part of the customer.
